1. Spacing or Typo: Double-check that there are no spaces before, within, or after the code. Sometimes a capital “I” can be mistaken for a lowercase “l” (or vice versa). To avoid this, copy and paste the code directly instead of typing it.

2. Already Used: Promo codes are limited to one use per customer. If you’ve already used this code, it won’t apply again.

3. Subscription Orders: Promo codes (except referral codes) cannot be applied to subscription orders, since they’re already discounted.
