Cancelling your subscription is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

🚀 Log In to Your Account:

• Click here to log in.

📋 Access Your Subscriptions:

• Go to “My Subscriptions” from the top-left menu.

• Select “Manage Subscriptions.”

❌ Cancel the Subscription:

• Find the product you’d like to cancel and click “Manage This Subscription.”

• Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription.”

• Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

• To retain your 20% ongoing discount, you may wish to skip your next order instead of cancelling it 

⚠️ Cancelling an order created by your subscription

➡️ If your latest order has already been shipped (you received a shipping confirmation), unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled.

➡️ If the order has been processed but not shipped (you’ve received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation), we may be able to cancel your order but unfortunately cannot guarantee it—please reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
