How do I modify, swap, or cancel my subscription?Updated 2 months ago
You can manage your Landish subscription with just a few clicks! Here’s how to update your products, delivery schedule, or personal info.
🔑 Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Log in here to access your subscriptions.
Click “My Subscriptions” in the top-left menu to view your active and inactive subscriptions.
📦 Add a Product to Your Subscription
Go to “My Subscriptions.”
Scroll down to “You May Also Like.”
Select a product or click “Browse All Products.”
Choose the product format (if applicable).
Set the quantity and delivery frequency.
Click “Add to Order.”
☕ Add a Product as a One-Time Purchase (No Subscription)
In “My Subscriptions,” scroll to “You May Also Like.”
Select a product or click “Browse All Products.”
Choose the product format (if applicable).
Set the quantity.
Select “One-Time Only.”
Click “Add to Order.”
🔄 Update an Existing Subscription
Send Order Now
Go to “My Subscriptions.”
Click “Send Now” under your next delivery date.
Confirm by selecting “Send This Order Now.”
Reschedule Your Next Delivery
In “My Subscriptions,” click “Reschedule” beside your next order date.
Choose to delay by 1 week, 2 weeks, or pick a specific date.
Click “Save Changes.”
Skip Your Next Order
Go to “My Subscriptions.”
Click “Skip” next to your upcoming order date.
Confirm by selecting “Yes, Skip This Order.”
🔧 Modify Quantity, Frequency, or Swap Products
In “My Subscriptions,” click “Manage Subscriptions.”
Select “Manage This Subscription” under the product.
Adjust the format, quantity, or frequency as needed.
Click “Save Changes.”
To Swap a Product:
Scroll down and click “Swap This for a Different Product.”
Search or select the new product.
Choose the quantity and frequency.
Confirm with “Swap Product.”
❌ Cancel a Subscription
In “My Subscriptions,” click “Manage Subscriptions.”
Select “Manage This Subscription” under the product.
Scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription.”
Choose a reason, click “Next,” then “Cancel Subscription.”
🔄 Reactivate a Subscription
Go to “My Subscriptions.”
Click “Manage Subscriptions.”
Under “Inactive,” select “+ Reactivate” next to the product.
🏡 Update Shipping Address
In “My Subscriptions,” click “Address & Payment Details.”
Select “Manage Addresses.”
To add a new address, click “Add a New Address.”
To edit an existing address, click “Edit,” make changes, and save.
💳 Update Payment Information
In “Address & Payment Details,” select “Manage Payment Methods.”
Click “Add Payment Method” to enter new card info.
To update an existing method, click “Edit” and re-enter all card details.
Click “Add Payment Method” to save changes.
📧 Update Name, Phone, or Email
Go to “Address & Payment Details.”
Click “Edit Your Details.”
Update your information and click “Save Changes.”
