When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive it automatically every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days based on your preference. After subscribing initially, this frequency is fully customizable from your subscription account portal. You’ll also save 20% on every order with no commitment—subscriptions can be modified or cancelled anytime.
Follow These Steps to Place a Subscription Order:
✅ Add Items to Your Cart:
Visit our shop page.
Select “Subscribe & Save” under the product you want.
Choose your preferred delivery frequency (30, 60, 90, or 120 days).
Click “Add to Cart” and repeat for any additional products.
🛒 Access Your Shopping Bag:
Click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner to review your selections.
🔄 Review & Adjust:
Use the “+” or “–” buttons to adjust quantities.
To remove an item, click “Remove” or reduce the quantity to zero.
🚀 Proceed to Checkout:
Once your cart is complete, click “Checkout.”
You can use express checkout options like Shop Pay or GPay.
🚚 Step 4: Enter Your Information and Shipping Details
Add your full name, contact and shipping address details.
Review your details carefully.
Free shipping applies to orders over $74 (after discounts and before tax). A $9.99 fee applies otherwise.
Apply any gift cards in the discount box on the right-hand side.
Note: If using express checkout, a pop-up may prompt you to log in or verify with a code. To skip this, click the “X” or select “Check out as guest."
🔐 Enter Payment Details:
Scroll down to the Payment section
Choose your payment method: credit card (default) or PayPal.
Enter your payment details securely.
If your billing address differs from your shipping address, unselect “Use shipping address as billing address.”
✅ Complete Your Order:
Click “Pay Now” to finalize your subscription.
Your payment is securely processed through Shopify or PayPal.
💡 Pro Tip: If ordering collagen, to avoid paying for shipping, consider ordering 2 jars every 60 days or 1 kg every 120 days instead of one jar every 30 days.
