What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

If you ordered directly from landish.ca (Canada), you can request a return for most items within 30 days of delivery. If you purchased through another retailer or website, returns must be handled through that seller.

Return window
Request your return within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return eligibility
You can open and try the product. To qualify for a refund, at least 90% of the product’s original net weight must be returned.

Non-returnable items
These items can’t be returned under our standard policy:

  • Pure Canadian Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen 1 kg and 750 g

  • Marine Collagen Sparkling Waters

  • Creatine Monohydrate 1 kg

  • Marine Collagen Gummies 240 ct

Also, large-format products are not returnable when a smaller format of the same product is available.

How to start a return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return instructions. Landish does not cover return shipping costs.

Wrong item, damaged, or defective
Please notify us immediately if you received any wrong, damaged, or defective items, providing clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so our team can assist in making things right.

Refund notes
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Purchases paid with a gift card are refunded to a gift card. Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Free gifts & promos
If your order included any free or deeply discounted (e.g. BOGO) items and those items aren’t returned, the regular price of that item or the difference between the price charged and the regular price may be deducted from your refund.

Temperature-sensitive shipments
Some products can be affected by heat or cold. Please retrieve your package promptly. Temperature-related changes due to the package not being promptly retrieved are generally ineligible for refund or replacement, though we may be able to help in some cases.
